She assumed responsibility for the visual design elements of the program, encompassing the creation of its logo, badges, course content, and certificates. Delving into the conceptualization of the program's identity, she drew inspiration from the metaphorical ascent of a mountain, symbolizing the journey of faculty members as they acquire new skills and knowledge.
